If the indictment is not drafted properly in accordance with the rules of practice any unbiased Judge would dismiss it out of hand and tell the DA to come back with a properly drafted indictment. Of course, in doing that The DA may undermine what the Grand Jury found based on what he told it. Maybe that is his real dilemma. If The DA can't show any details ( times, dates and places ) of any alleged offence then it would mean The G.J. should not have issued the indictment in the first place and now false imprisonment exists unless DAs have immunity. It would mean upon a dismissal Trump could immediately sue the officers and the office of The DA for unlawful arrest. If The DA doesn't come back with a properly drafted Indictment Trump is off the hook. The only problem here is a court biased and prejudiced against the defense. It sounds as if The DA is just ''thick.'' I wonder if this judge will sell out his soul and let go to trial? That is really the question – Does The judge respect himself.
