While tornado alley is “shifting east”, it’s actually growing. Tornado alley is still moving east but it’s not moving away from places like Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, and Texas. Tornadoes will always continue to be a threat for tornadoes. Climate change has nothing to do with tornadic intensity.
