  1. I get that a man was found guilty of murder at his trial. I'm not sure what the charges were, but assault and murder appear to have been two of them. I don't know what, specifically, the accused was alleged to have done. I suppose that doesn't matter. What apparently matters is an Army sergeant was found guilty of murder for shooting a BLM protester. That's kind of vague, so I did some searching around.

A few news articles later, I found that the accused had been driving down a road that had BLM protesters on it. I'm curious if the protesters had a permit to be there, or if this was another of their stunts of randomly blocking traffic without warning? So, the accused drove down this street. I don't know why he drove down this street, but he eventually crashed into an orange barricade. One of the protesters, who was armed with the normally notorious AK-47, approached the defendant's driver-side window. Some witnesses said the protester pointed the rifle through the window, after which the defendant shot him three times. The jury said the defendant could have driven away, instead of shooting, though I read that when the defendant actually drove away, other protesters shot at his car. I think the jury must be insane.

  2. The people walking around riots with AK-47s are the same people screaming to "ban assault weapons".

  3. I don’t know the story yet but was the jury given bottled water from California?

  4. You can’t go around shooting people just because you disagree with them.

  5. Govenor Abbott should pardon this man plainly and simply on the fact he defended himself

  6. The guy he shot had an AR 15. If the guy had killed a bunch of people this guy would have still been blamed. This ridiculous!!

  7. Sad for everyone, even the defendant.

  8. That makes sense. Join the army to support freedom and then take the lives of an American citizen who is using their right of freedom. Some folks forget that not everyone is qualified of praise.

  9. Praise the Lord for this governor!

  10. I make no assessment about this guy's guilt or innocence.
However, there seems to be no correlation between this outcome and the Rittenhouse case. Rittenhouse shot a man armed with a plastic bag a few feet away. Perry shot man armed with a rifle a few inches away. None of Rittenhouse's social media or other incriminating recordings were allowed as evidence (for instance him openly fantasizing about shooting kids he thought might be stealing from a store). However, it seems that Perry's social media is what ultimately got him convicted.
    It boggles the mind.

  11. Lol, if I had a son who was part of a mob that trapped someone, pointed a gun in their face, then found out… I would be sad about their loss, but holy crap would I not agree with this verdict.

  12. The strongest charge against this guy should have been a degree of manslaughter. He was being attacked and felt his life was being threatened. But murder?! Nah. I'm betting appelate courts will overturn the verdict.

  13. So if a guy points an ak47 in your face, you aren’t allowed to defend yourself? This country is ridiculous.

  14. Imagine my shock 🙄 a conservative shooting protesters? It's almost like they don't fantasize about that constantly.

  15. The guy faced a jury of his peers who reviewed the evidence as well as witness testimony and they found him guilty. What's with all of the doubt from conservatives regarding this process?

  16. oooh! protesters, so scary, as scary as drag queens and disney, how pathetic, LOCK HIM UP for GOOD! Anyone not able to deal with protestors should move to cowardly murderer, now mass murderer and ephepophile Putin in Russia or Erdogan's Turkey, North Korea or Saudi Arabia with their Royal Murder Family of trillionaires.

  17. Sorry to tell everybody that might not be aware, but America has fallen…got infiltrated and taken down from within. As bad as EVERYTHING,and every AGENDA pushed, it is sadly too far gone. As bad as a lot of Americans want to fight, and take back our country, that would, and will be the excuse needed to take guns, and what little rights we have left. Get your money out of American banks before they steal your 401k. And have a controlled collapse of our economy, which will be needed to justify and promote the new CBDD,digital dollar. And then, they will be able to track, trace and approve of Any and ALL transactions. And they will be able to turn off your account if you are ever a problem…TOTAL CONTROL of you and your family. It hurts me to say these things, but get out of America while you still can.

  18. This sets a precedent. Next time when you see an armed man surround you, just drive and pray that your car is bullet proof 🤡

  19. bad news … Governor Abbott says he's going to pardon the killer

  20. Yeah, he'll probably get six months on probation.

  21. Where's the gofundme for the appeal?

  22. At first I was surprised, because it's Texas, but then I realized it's Austin.

  23. This is Horse Apples.

  24. Thanks for not explaining anything at all about the case. I still have no idea what this was about.

  25. Cry your crocodile tears, hog.

  26. “Your punishment for having a knife when they searched you would be very different from the thief’s. For him to have a knife was mere misbehavior, tradition, he didn’t know any better. But for you to have one was ‘terrorism.’”
    ~ Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

  27. 😷😒😦…1:01……..1:03……. MURDERING, MURDERER….

  28. Puttin money on this man's books.

  29. Calling Governor Abbott.
