How in the world is this not fair (especially if he is guilty) and in the midst of everything Trump has done to drag this country? I think the biggest problem for some is "the visual" of a black man (the prosecutor); prosecuting a wealthly white man in such a high profile case. If the tide were turned (a white prosecutor, prosecuting a wealthy black man) there probably wouldn't be such recoil. It would be "lets just follow the rule of law!" end of story!🙄(Thats my 20 cents!) but I could be wrong, If I am, I'll concede. (unlike Trump)
John Kasich doesn't mention that there IS a Grand Jury involved. THEY recommended proceeding. Sorry John, we don't have kings in this country, well until Donnie.
Bragg's predecessor did NOT decide to NOT pursue this case, his term was up and he retired. One of Bragg's assistant DA's resigned because Bragg, at that time seemed to have halted the investigation. I THINK he wanted to get more witnesses and evidence.
