Settlement to whom? Are smokers compensated?
Great, now I gotta keep dealing wit other stupid vapes that give me more anxiety or just start buying packs of camel reds again.
This is total BS. All ecigs have these types of flavors. Juul doesn't target teenagers any more than any other type of ecig. And it's meant as a replacement for smoking cigarettes. All these teenagers would be smoking cigarettes and getting lung cancer if it weren't for ecigs. Ecigs are much safer alternative than cigarettes. This company is being sued essentially for providing a much safer alternate to smokers than smoking cigarettes.
Even if the smoking age is 21 kids can still get them from other adults cause they make money selling them
Oh yea where is all that money going? spent on what? paying exactly who?
bas-terds! I'm still addicted!
No jail time for anyone, way to go law system
All the 30+ year old guys who still buy these were sweating. Almost had to start paying full price on cigarettes for their underage girlfriends
Juul helped me quit cigarettes that I'd been smoking for 20 years. Of course 1 juul pod was equal to a pack of smokes that was the point. And flavors don't only appeal to kids. Juul got a raw deal.
tenages are so fool. I was too. but I did not destroy myself.
Owner of Juul really Pi$$ed off the wrong guy at the FDA in Maryland after one too many. Got to be more humble. I hope they go after the other vape companies just as hard!
what is even the point of this? you guys are complaining over the addiction of nicotine…….. they have sold cigarettes for how long now? why not take the same action against those companies? or are you too afraid to go after big tobacco? like cmon this is not anything "new" i dont understand the point, also its not like the so called "victims" are going to be compensated in any way so whats the money for? just to say F you? or what.
0:48 packuh of cigarehttes
Meanwhile McDonalds kills far more people and is allowed to directly market to children. 👍
Juul turned me into a Trans with horns.

Who received the money?,
Money goes to the government
What about the regular disposable elf bars and others that also market to teens and have many flavors lol.
Why not make vapes with zero nicotene?
Vape pins are very bad for you please stop vaping. Thank you.
Why not ban it
imagine how much they actually made
Okay so where does the money go? To the people? Lol nope
Why don't these States do the same against Gun manufacturers.? ?
Yea….. liberal teens. You can convince a liberal to do anything.
That’s it? What a joke
