I just looked it up, and here in northern Colorado, the Platte River Power Authority gets 56.8% of its power from coal for 2023. You can look it up too. So that means that every other electric car I see on the road was charged with electricity from a coal power plant. Environmentally friendly? Does anyone ever consider where the electricity comes from?

Imagine the vast amount of energy being used in oil/gas every day.
NOW imagine that amount of energy trying to be added to our electric grid to make this possible.
NOW IMAGINE the number of new oil/gas electric generating plants that would be needed in order to convert oil/gas into electricity for this new demand.
Don't look behind the curtain where we hide the children/adult slaves mining toxic elements through processes that contaminate the environment where they're extracted for generations to come.
