The efficiency of anything, car, truck, refrigerator, must take into account the processes of mining the elements, refining the elements, the fabrication of the elements, the building of the infrastructure to support it, and the recycling of the components once they have exhaustive the life span. Compare batteries and green energy to fossil fuels and it seems clear: There is nothing green about green energy. Build the refinery!

The Epa is a nightmare. Look up the Stevens kangaroo rat and all the people's lives destroyed by the EPA.
Building a new cracking plant is long overdue. With the latest technologies, the output will be spectacular compared to the retrofit current cracking plants across the country.
