Why is Biden not charged when he had DOCS in his garage and many other places, and he was not supposed to have them at all. This is not a fair Justice system at all. The kid should be set free unless Biden gets arrested also.

The real question is, why was this not noticed from within the military in the first place? If the leadership of the military can't get OPSEC under control they need to be fired en masse. The press found this Discord server and pretty much all of the participants in a matter of weeks.There needs to be some massive investigation and firings within the Massachusetts Air National Guard, and this kid and his superiors need to be tried under the UCMJ, NOT the civilian court system. A generation ago this kid would hang for what he did.
I'm not at all surprised of the identity of the person leaking the documents. I'm a veteran myself and I used to raise my eyebrows on some of the young individuals (and mature ones too) they entrusted with secret documents. And immediately those same individuals would sing like canaries bragging about the type of access they have. There is nothing complicated as much as people hear claims on how much of a background check they give military personnel or other individuals access to classified documents and information. They give certain or some individuals a lot of scrutiny before granting someone top secret access. I and few were some of those individuals in which it took an extended period of time to be granted access. And a lot of people do take to heart how well they protect classified documents.
There is no doubt in my opinion that some up the chain of command simply handed that Airman a top-secret security clearance without any type of thorough investigations or background checks. Some individuals in the military and other government entities will hand over top secret security clearances to individuals like that idiot Airman as if they are giving away cotton candy. For many in our government that take to heart on securing classified documents and information, they deserve a well-earned amount of respect, and we should not know who has access. Which is the way it's supposed to work most of the time. Unfortunately, a lot of individuals scream at the top of their lungs and brag to almost anyone within earshot about how much access they have to sensitive data. And because of that, a lot of leadership within our government that grants these idiots like that Texiera guy who leaked the documents should share a cell with him too. They're the idiots that granted the Airman and similar individuals like him full access to the nation's classified information.
I would be willing to bet that if Trump was now president that the news media would be praising him for exposing what they claim is a corrupt administration.
