The Congressional oversight committee's mission is to ensure the efficacy and accountability of the federal government. Jordan has no business with the Manhattan DA. There are lots of other examples of this overreach as well. Hunter Biden, for example, is not part of the administration. Jordan literally doesn't know what his job is.

Bragg would know all about raw political retaliation it is the basis of his entire case. He apparently forgot the 14th amendment in which he is required to inform the defendant of the charges he is being charged with. He even went so far as to tell the press he doesn't have to list charges. Yea, you do it is the law of the land. Corrupt pile of filth.
And the congress has authority to investigate anything that has the appearance of election tampering which this case smells more than a little ripe of. Any prosecutor who isn't corrupt will list the charges up front. They can also investigate things like an abuse of power directed a the president and former presidents and other congress members and a lot more.
