My hypothesis- the sister met Bob through Momeni, then Bob and the sister started having an affair. Momeni killed Bob out of vengeance for his plastic surgeon brother-in-law and the sister. That doctor had better distance himself if he wants to maintain a practice and reputation.

I am gonna summarized it for y'all…..the sister Khazar Elyassnia is a gold digger and a slut who was having an affair with Bob Lee. Her brother Nima Momeni found out about it and confronted her & Bob. In fear of loosing her lavish life style, a pending & costly divorce from her rich plastic surgeon and of course being labeled as a "Jezebel" within her culture, (because infidelity is considered a huge No-No in the Persian community which is punishable by death in their country), she puts all the blame on Bob. Making seem like it was him who was pursuing her. So in honor of their family name, Momeni decides to kill Bob Lee. I am gonna guess that Momeni's parents were in on it too. Sadly, many people are gonna side with this sick family. Understandably, others are gonna side with Bob Lees' family. Regardless, Nima Momeni deserves life in prison with no chances of parole.

Watched the video of the husband and wife entering the courtroom. You have to feel bad for the husband. You see him purse his lips, look around nervously, and hang his heard. His body language speaks volumes. In a short span of time he endured a sinking a marriage, got the news that his wife has been with another man for 3 years, has seen his practice get dragged down, and now his brother-in-law (probably a good guy) lost it and killed someone. His wife will sue for divorce and claim half of his property plus his bank accounts. The deceased guy’s little kids are now without a father and he is involved with that. The husband probably never wanted any of this.
