20-year-old Kaylin Gillis was shot and killed Saturday night in upstate New York when the car she was in accidentally pulled into the wrong driveway. The suspect is in custody and is charged with murder. NBC News’ Miguel Almaguer has more details.

That murderer totally expects to be exonerated. He should spend the rest of his days sitting in a prison cell, staring at the walls, asking himself why he opened fire.
The shooter’s lawyer said he wasn’t trying to hurt anybody. That’s why he used his gun instead of his bazooka.
Mr Monahan's lawyer, says that "his client did not have bad intent." The Sheriff says that Mr monahan showed no remorse. A young life lost because of a despicable irresponsible human being. Clearly a danger to the community.

We'll never know if this young gal would have had children, and if her future kids may have discovered a cure for cancer. We will never know what good Kaylin would have brought into the world. I hope this 65 year old rots in jail for the rest of his days. Prayers to Kaylin's parents and loved ones. What absolute horror for them.

When you live in a country where the majority of its citizens have access to weapons you don't focus your time on banning weapons, you focus your time on doing public announcements on laws on how to use your weapon. In most cases you can't just shoot someone just because they're trespassing on your property.
Its a very sad, sad country where the people are scared of their own shadows. So much so that they feel they need automatic Guns to feel safe? What a sad, people to allow this kind of thing happen and keep happening without doing anything about it, truly sad??

Kaylyn Gillis’s parents should demand that she be cloned. We know how to do it. The killer’s family can pay for it. That would give Gillis, or any murder victim, a new lease on life. Who’s to say the clone is not the original? She would be able to have children, children with the same genetic makeup that the original Kaylyn would have had. Who say she should not have that opportunity, to pass her genes to another generation? I say, CLONE HER, and giver her a new lease on life.
