McCarthy's Budget Plan is online. Only about 20 pages address Budget. Hard limit of (avg) $1.5T on Discretionary Spending 2024-2033. Defunds the IRS. Stops Student Loan Forgiveness. Rescinds unobligated Covid Funds.
The other 300 pages are to pass Bill HR1 – Increase sales/lease of Fed Lands for Oil/Gas/Mineral production, while removing Environmental Review laws and prohibiting veto by any Agency or Government Body. And to dismantle Green Energy Laws. At the end of the day, McCarthy is less than 10% for you and me. And 90% for his oil/gas campaign megadonors. Thats his Plan.

I gave the Department of Homeland security ideas for a DATA COLLECTION AND INFORMATION ACT… It introduces a revenue stream and give the American government access to all data collected about Americans and data collected in America… This not only strengthens national security but also automatic generates government funding and revenues introducing a new tax… The idea is worth trillions and I gave it to America for free because I'm a patriot and a smarty-pants showoff… It could totally help destroy the deficit and with careful and meticulous upkeep, it could be a tax that will stimulate tech companies and the economy in a symbiotic relationship…
