When will you investigate these slumlords that have these buildings and the city NEVER inspects these buildings and if they do they don't enforce that they comply with the violations. Cause as long as the government can make money on fees, license, permits and etc. They turn a blind eye to people living and working in sub-standard buildings, a human life means nothing to them!
