There is not enough raw materials to manufacture EVs for the United States much less the world. Also requires fossil fuel machinery to mine them, which does tremendous damage to the environment. Every analyst I have seen has said this is an unreachable goal. Most people wouldn't be able to afford an EV anyway. This is absolute fantasy on Biden part.
