If the plane is one fire grabbing my bags is going to be the very last thing on my mind. Allowing and helping the passengers seated in the aisles ahead of me to move into the aisle would be my focus. Evacuating the plane in an orderly fashion is paramount.

Extremely dangerous situation. The wing of an airplane is full of fuel during takeoff.
Fire in the wing could have caused the fuel to ignite and turn the airplane into crisp.
These passengers probably doesnot know how lucky they were.
