By all accounts, they appear to be loving parents who could never have prevented this from happening on their own. Sometimes, people can't be stopped no matter what you do, and that unfortunately is a part of life.
On the other hand, stricter 🔫 laws combined with the parents' attention probably could have stopped this from happening in Imo.
