The news is always talking about how low the unemployment rate is in our country like a badge of honor but they mention that the reason the unemployment level is so low is because over %70 of people that are unemployed do not qualify for unemployment benefits. I think it's extremely misleading to brag about how low the unemployment level is when over %70 of people that file for unemployment don't qualify for unemployment benefits. Giving important government responsibilities to the state governments doesn't always work out the way it should. We can already see evidence of this regarding abortion.
