These pile ups have been occurring every year for over 60 years … as if nothing could be done to prevent it from happening … ie accident detectors, hwy warning lights sirens … giant flashing signs that say accident ahead. I doubt this car-nage would be allowed to go on if the Secretary of Transportation agreed to take on the job knowing that they would be publicly executed by firing squad or hanging after each subsequent occurrence.
