  1. The court should never be RED or BLUE ever only WHITE!!!! and physically BLIND

  2. Absolute power has corrupted SCOTUS absolutely.
And both side – ism out of Chuck (purse your lips) Todd is DISGUSTING. I'm so tired of evil being couched as "the other guys do it too, maybe"

  3. Are our lawmakers so illiterate that they do not understand the meaning of "co-equal"? Congress gets to vote on the appointment of judges and they can impeach them. Other than that, they have NO say.

  4. I would begin by asking each Justice "What is a Woman?"/
Then impeach any Justice unable to correctly answer that simple question.

  5. This guy should never be invited again. Ridiculous

  6. SHUT IT DOWN. START FROM SCRATCH.

  7. How about we treat them like normal American citizens? How about that?

  8. I love how NBC employs Republican pundits who are civil, logical, and can discuss stuff fairly, even if I disagree with them. That is not what happened here. That dude has no concern whatsoever with saying something that makes sense and is fair.

  9. Let’s just don’t name anything to do with Thomas by name 😂 that’s what these corrupted GOPs want

  10. I have a novel idea? How about term limits for every branch? Its far past the time for term limits for all government officials in all branches to be instituted. It is also necessary to have age limits for said positions as well. This country doesn't need elderly people in charge. Especially ones where we can not be sure of their mental acuity. You know people like Don Young, (RIP) Dianne Feinstein, Joe Biden, and Chuck Grassley. All these people, with the exception of Biden are above the age of 80. Biden will be 80 in 2022. The rest of these people are closer to 90 years of age. I would say most of them are grossly out of touch with regular Americans, and have been so for some time now. All of the aforementioned names have limited experience in private sector, and all of them have been politicians longer than I've been alive. I'm nearing 50. This is unacceptable, and we as Americans should demand more from our government. Especially since it's "We the people" and NOT "we the politicians". Furthermore, for all government offices there should be credit checks as well as stringent drug testing.

This would be an easy law, or constitutional amendment to write if the the legislature fails to do so. I believe I could fit it on one page.

Executive – President – No more than two terms of four years. Age limit of 35 to 60.
Judicial – Supreme Court – No more than one term of eight years. This is especially important since these people are not elected Age limits of 35-60
    Legislative –
Senate – No more than two terms of six years. Age limit of 30 to 60.
House of Representatives – No more than two terms of two years. Age limit of 30 to 60.

Death shouldn't be the term limit.

After 'removal' from all offices, the US Government will not provide any kind of financial benefits. No retirement annuities. No healthcare. No secret service protections. Nothing at all. The founding fathers of this country did not anticipate its own politicians to make 'public service' some kind of career. Many of these people have been eating at the trough of big government far too long. Here's a good example. John Boehner. 'Retired' from congress in 2015. Served at the federal level since the early 1990's. Is currently getting a 'retirement' check from the US government in excess of $85,000 a year. What's wrong with this picture?

  11. Don't, force them out even at Gunpoint if necessary because they are responsible for the second amendment triggered. Of course give notice first, oh yea that's exactly what we need to do, declare the second amendment is triggered and why with all the legal precedent needed that shifts the authority and over this nation away from corrupt tyrannical treacherous for this nation people violating their oaths and that power goes to the people. Reason being the second amendment is not about guns, its about the people having authority to ensure the security of our own free state, that being a sovereign United States and against illegitimate Supreme Court justices imposters who prefer using regimental a flag not the National flag as required by law and mind you is A LEGISLATIVE PUBLIC MANDATE.

  12. They are puppets for the rich

  13. 3:12 Who appoints these #Justices? They should be responsible for setting #ethicalguidelines for this branch to follow. 🤷‍♀️

  14. ''us publiks be seen dis fo' long wile mister! U bee bline'd''

  15. The Federalist Society won. It's over. Enjoy the distraction.

  16. Who is the guy in the funky suit blaming everything on Democrats? SCOTUS get a lifetime deal because they're supposed to hold themselves impartial, accountable and honorable. They aren't doing so. We also have 2nd amendment but the people want gun laws. There have been 27 amendments to the Constitution. The rules of this country are not built in stone because we are a country of the people. Not a kingdom. Either we live in the past, or we live in the present looking towards the future.

  17. This is the peoples Supreme Court, and we would like them to have codes of ethics. Give them the same codes used by the rest of the Federal Courts. You're welcome.

  18. Congress can impeach the President ( another branch of govt ) but they can't recommend a code of ethics for the Supreme Court. What a joke.

  19. Really is small potatoes to what Congress gets paid under the table/insider trading…heck even the Big Guy gets 10%

  20. This republican talking head is typical garbage.

  21. We must let our president decide what happens. We must suspend the Supreme Court untill we can add at least 6 democrats to the court.
    #Democratsfortranswomen

  22. This panel has a collective IQ of 12.

  23. True, the larger Republican donors are more towards the middle of the spectrum, but here’s the catch the larger Republican donors helped shape the narrative as it is today they literally helped shape the party. Small donors didn’t push for redistricting large donors did. That’s a result redistricting makes it, so that small donors drive the narrative because now Primary’s are what matter we have easy to win standard elections for a particular party as long as you are redistrict appropriately but that Primary that Primary requires you to go a certain way to do a certain thing to behave in a certain manner. So it’s like what came first the chicken or the egg. The large donor helped shape the playing field and now the small donor is writing the rules of the game which are played on this playing field.

  24. Is this normal? Or is it time to grieve the demise of our democratic republic. No country has lasted forever. Tragic.

  25. If this were any company large or small you would be fired for taking money in this manner. I’m a financial analyst and my employer tells me NO GIFTS. No lunch’s no tickets no nothing. Yet the Supreme Court has no rules officially governing them.

  26. 3 equal branches of govt, you commie fooks

  27. That guy has some giant balls to say with a straight face that the court needs to be protected from the legislative branch while ignoring the billionaires buying judges

  28. The GOP have become a radical insurgency that has abandoned the procedures of normal parliamentary politics starting with Newt Gingrich's total war on the democratic party in the 1990s. They can't win on their ideas so they tear down our institutions.

  29. More both sides crap from Chuck Todd.

  30. This program is not even close to what it was at its conception, It is now only propaganda and under Todd it is a circus. NBC is no longer any kind of news organization. It is a JOKE.

  31. Expand the damned court!!!!!

  32. Taxation without Representation is absolutely bound by Government. Officials No Longer Are A Representation of The People

  33. Call it what it is, Bribed Judges!

  34. Clarence has no shame. If he has a bit of integrity. He will just die I mean resign. This is US-ooh we have a problem-noted.
