i have a friend in the kremlin and he told me it was an I.T. guy playing with a drone and accidentally triggered it. The explosion was equivalent to an M-80 Super Charged Firecracker capable of causing an ear to ring for about 2 seconds. He said they zoomed in on the explosion , added some dust and ketchup and sent it to VGTRK Russias #1 news source. After further investigation in was concluded no casualties but tons of emotional damage for the near by resident cockroaches. Putin has now declared an assassination attempt on Ukraine's President as they state the drone originated from Ukraine after removing all of the "made in China" stamps.
