Twisting the facts, those were in no way big financial 'Gifts", they were invited GUEST to vacation with the host, Harlan Crow- Those were not funds given to Judge Thomas-
You can't say a Judge cannot have a private life.
Those funds were not donations, not a campaign and not your business.
Here's a fun thing that's likely happening behind the scenes. Banks are required to report illicit transactions to FinCEN, a department of the OCC. They're called Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). Because of all of the news coming out about Thomas, it is highly likely the banks where he holds accounts have been doing forensic audits of his activity and, at a bare minimum, reporting anything commensurate with what has been reported. Those SARs can be picked up by members of law enforcement. It is altogether possible investigations have already begun at the IRS and FBI, and 314a requests have been made.
