It does not matter who Republicans side with here. If Republicans win in court, it will weaken NRA speech and may give lawyers a path to destroying citizen-united rule nationally. Remember, both the NRA, Disney, and other big businesses will be impacted. Moreover, because of the way taxes work, Florida will be hit economically. All this will happen if they win. If they lose, then FL will get the special projects and tax revenue from Disney until they manage to leave the state. However, DeSantis loses face nationally. No matter what FL does it will not do well after this. No state does. Quasi-governments have existed in America for decades. DeSantis does not understand the law of this nation on this matter. This is so interesting to see.

So they poll a small sample of people in a most likely republican voting area and say Florida is siding with DeSantis? What will these same people say should Disney leave the state and take all their jobs and revenue with them?
Disney: The govt of Florida has Violated our constitutional rights. We have determined that the State of Florida is hostile to our business. Untill further notice, we will be closing oir parks in the state and laying everyone off that is not required to maintain the facilities. We will not re-open until the state balks.

Whether you're tired of Disney or not never lose sight on what this is about. It's about a company exercising it's free speech about a policy and being harassed in an attempt to reverse its position. It's all about the governor's position on limiting speech that goes against his agenda.
