actually I want to suggest the government to drive those homeless in California to the rivers where gold are found to do gold hunting instead of doing nothing along the roads

In my country, the rivers have quite a lot of gold but its VERY illegal to pan for it in order to protect the environment – it got out of hand in the 90's and the rivers were destroyed by people dredging etc.
