How about appriately staffing units instead of trying to cut costs😢Nursing is hard but can be rewarding by seeing patients improve and can be safely discharged to home or ARUs/SNFs. Often times we dont have breaks since they are pulled to the floor to take assignments. In essence, patient safety is an issue when theres lack of staff.

Our health period. I have cancer and need dentures. Have two jobs, and can’t make a living. We deserve guaranteed health and dental care period. I may have to get cobra this summer again. Last time I needed heart surgery. That was in 2009 when my job fresh out of school went bye bye.
