No there needs to be legislation passed that follows the same guidelines as Radio or Television. Simply put if it doesn’t reflect the events of the real world then a provision is placed in the program to indicate exactly that. Simple and efficient. It Should be written to include the internet internet, all sources video, web pages, literature, music ect.

The logic has nothing to do with Bill Gates public image or 'good guys or bad guys': If A stops whilst ahead, B will still continue. B will then get ahead and be on the roll that A was on before it stopped. And B won't stop. A will have lost it's position as market leader and may neve get it back. So, there can be no stop.
