1:00 No warning? The National Weather Service issued a Tornado Warning at 4:04AM CDT to cellphones, weather radios, and EAS for that entire area. I realize that there’s very little time to react upon receiving these alerts, especially in the middle of the night, but to say the community “had no warning whatsoever” is categorically false.
