Michael D. Stevens III had left the Harford County Detention Center and allegedly stole a five-ton military truck parked at a nearby home. Harford County Sheriff Jeff Gahler said Stevens allegedly ran several red lights and hit several cars as a police chase ensued. WBAL’s Tommie Clark reports.
