Surprisingly we borrowed: 12 Trillion Dollars from the Chinese, 12 Trillion Dollars from England and $12 Trillion from Germany. How do they think their banks won't fail when our banks do? Look, the US can't even afford to upgrade her own infrastructure and is now facing a debt ceiling crisis ! America needs to take care of America before she can be seen as a credible alternative for developing countries in infrasture development!
America is now so poor and weak because of her over-expeniture in warring with 100+ countries since 1991.
Where China was building infrasteucture and making friends, America was destroying whole countries (Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Yugoslavia, etc). Her foolish, shortsighted foreign policy pursued with the goal of dominating the world and being the sole hegemon is the classic example of an empire declining fast as a result of biting off more than it can chew!
In Ukraine, the US doesn't dare confront Russia without her NATO allies. In her confrontation with China, the US doesn't dare face China without the Quad either. This shows the whole world that the US is too weak to face these 2 countries one to one.
