Really surprised that people would be fooled by this young national guardsman. If you can't nip it at the bud and see through him before he shakes your hand and offers his name, that means the Pentagon is full of people, who given some random events could and would turn on the hand that feeds them. If you don't have high or higher quality personnel, with a strong ability to see a 'type' of person and identify them and put them on some sort of 'list,' without any need to explain to superiors, it would explain a LOT about the state of high level security and this hyper anxiety regarding spying and leaking information.
