With the help of a robotic exoskeleton, Reynolds Community College student Khalil Watson was able to walk across the stage at his graduation. In 2016, Watson was shot in the neck, resulting in a spinal cord injury leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports.
