  1. I coined the phrase "Sunday Night Blues" years ago for this condition. Much better than Sunday Scaries. That's just dumb.

  2. AI should replace you

  3. As someone who works retail I wish I had a weekend off let alone a Sunday lol 😆… I have Friday scaries because Fridays are my Monday’s … my days off are Wednesday and Thursday

  4. What an awful world we’ve created for ourselves. Almost relieved it’s all crashing down around us.

  5. I can honestly say that if we didn't have to work on Mondays then Sundays wouldn't be that scary

  6. What a crappy piece of ** news ! 😂

  7. The absolute weakness of modern Americans. Sunday scaries is something a 6 year old might experience.

  8. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 welcome to the reality of life in America. That nagging feeling in your gut about dreading the new work week is your inner self telling you it's time to do something different with your life. Too many people are feeling trapped doing jobs they don't 100% enjoy or they're working for companies that are taking advantage of their drive and passion and working them into the ground. It took a pandemic for people to really be forced to focus one what works for them and how that translates to their professions. We're seeing the lingering after effects of what Covid pushed us into. The real question is what are you going to do about your personal unhappiness or discomfort when it comes to your day job?

  9. The 4 day work week is a quality of life changer

  10. Didn't know this had a name. I definitely experience this. I start getting stressed out and anxious about the week ahead at some point in Sunday and have trouble falling asleep, which in turn makes me feel sluggish Monday morning. It's a vicious cycle.

  11. lol what a bunch of crap…….lol

  12. I never knew that this was ever referred to as the 'Sunday Scaries' or anything like that. But I would imagine it was something maybe we felt when we were in school; Sunday evenings felt like the last few hours of 'freedom' before going back to school, which meant something like 'Oh boy, I better get started on that homework assignment now' Lol. Not to mention having to get up early Monday morning, which was or is probably something some people still dread at the beginning of a new work/school week. I sometimes find that if we get Mondays off for holidays then it's easier to get up the next day because you do feel more energized to get up on go out after having a THREE-day weekend. That's sort of how I feel about it I guess.

  13. I experience Sunday Scaries all throughout my 20s and 30s and thought it was just something personally wrong with me and that I lack confidence and strength. I didn't know what it was and that there was a name for it. And I experience it both working in Jamaica and Canada.

  14. Byron Lazine is a short dicked short changing broke who refuses to pay his employees, what's new. f.

  15. Construction workers don't have these, only G-AF jobs get this type of anxiety

  16. AI is coming, everyone can take a break 😀

  17. Please, it’s called life. Go to work and shut up. People are so pathetic these days

  18. the issue is not enough days off. not enough time with your real life. you cant talk to your work about it because they dont care. you need the money. so youre stuck not getting enough of your real personal life and this stuck feeling causes anxiety, dread, panic attacks, insomnia, etc. pay workers more and let them work less.

  19. All yah, I hate Sunday. I quit my job because I was fed up with the city and the anxiety of a job that pays less, I dislike but I need a paycheck until I leave.

  20. I work everyday so i dont have this silly thing

  21. Boohoo…. Get another job. Quit whining.
