How many more executions is Border Patrol going to be allowed to get away with? He was shot 38 times, a few feet from his front door, after HE called r ez police for assistance getting trespassers off his property! Raymond Mattia was a member of the O’odham tribe, living on reservation land about a mile N of the US/Mexico border. I guess that all that mattered to BP was the color of his skin!
