David Zaslav has no taste and is a cultural cancer. No doubt he will gut HBO programming to aim it at the lowest common denominator just like he did with The Discovery Channel.

That guy is also responsible for slimming down HBO Max (now Max), by removing some shows, and even truncating some (like The Flintstones and Looney Tunes), which is totally asinine! This guy really needs to be fired immediately, and escorted out of the building by security, like right now!

There was a day when you actually had to be a GOOD writer to even get a job… now they think their gender studies degree and fan fiction blog entitles them to a job. If they actually wrote anything good "Reality TV" wouldn't be so big.
He has immense support for writers. He just doesn't want to pay them a decent wage.
