It sure does take a lot for conservatives to hold their own to account.
It has been common knowledge for years that Ken Paxton has been abusing his power. and committing criminal acts repeatedly. The most disgusting aspect of this is that Paxton's behavior was ignored byTexas voters repeatedly who re-elected this screwball over and over. It is all part of the larger reality that Republican voters embrace immorality and criminality in their political leaders consistently. No democracy can stand without commitment to the rule of law and this is particularly crucial for politicians charged with enforcing laws. Thanks to the complete lack of understanding of this basic concept by the GOP and their supporters, American democracy is on the verge of being replaced by a form of theocracy-based fascism. We get what we deserve and apparently we do NOT deserve a democracy because we the people lack the sense to vote in their own best interest.
Paxon is extremely corrupt and the great state of Texas deserves better.
