What in the world is wrong with people
If this man was a street bomb there'd be no cases at all. But since he's an attorney with a mountain of money with their sophistication they accessed his bank account records and here they come. Do they have photographs from 2007 and 2008 with their faces are black and blue from the extreme violence that obviously never happened. Life's gotten expensive and the Have Nots are chasing after the halves for money anyway they can get it.

This is an inherent probabilistic DNA match. That is, it's a probabilistic inferential match between his DNA and a relative's. The assumption is that the relative has a DNA type that's similar to the accused. The problem is that 1) this could be a distant relative and therefore the likelihood of a similar DNA type is low 2) it's assumed that the accused actual DNA hasn't been matched to the DNA at the crime scenes. In other words, without knowing how high or low the probability of the DNA match with the relative is, this could easily be challenged in court as a low probability event; and therefore the defense could ask the charges be dismissed.
