  4. Hopefully all that's left is ash.

  5. They all started at the exact same time it was orchestrated probably by the same people who are pushing is climate change nonsense.

  6. I live in Northern, NY. When I go outside my eyes and nose burn. It feels just like sitting next to a camp fire and the wind blows it in your face.

  7. I hope everybody is OK. Please make it out of Canada Keith at the kit is the other folks to come to our area if I gotta go to New York or Los Angeles, California or Seattle

  8. Any ideas as to who or what is sparking these fires, especially in remote areas?

  9. And 156 forest fires in Quebec province and you dont talk about it. 😢😢 US was very happy when our people went to help you in your country. We need help and US did not send any 😢😢

  10. This is a Trudeau’s fault

  11. My uncle had to evacuate because it's getting closer and closer. Scary. All prayers from Norway

  13. Sodom & Gomorrah effects? May be can check the % of accepbility of Canadian and it's government towards what has caused the fall of S&G, then your prayers may be more effective.

  14. کانادایی ها کونی هستند و تبلیغات مسیحیت می کنند و شغلی ندارند و حقه بازند و خدا را ناراحت کرده اند 😅

  15. Half a century ago fire raged through the forest without destroying any homes. Roads, farm fields and sports grounds separated towns from forest.

Now, when property is developed, coniferous trees in the decline stage of their life cycle, aka turpentine bombs, instead of being replaced with new plantings of deciduous trees are left in place posing a fire hazard.

That is because man, governed by emotion—that has supplanted his intellect—springs to the rescue. Better a town is reduced to ashes than to fell a tree, be burdened with guilt and be declared a denier.

Better a quarter million live on the streets than to construct homes on a land that was not promised to them.

A nation forsaking Christian values has come under the influence of a Satanic creed, embracing a program of self-destruction.

  16. Prayers to everyone that these wildfires could affect. Hope they stay safe and get much needed rain soon. 🙏

  17. Oh the ground is burning, as the world keeps turning, all because the relentless fucks keep stirring the pot! Watch out it’s gonna get really fucking hot!🔥

  18. Depending on where you live in NS the average yearly precipitation is between 40" to 65". In the last 12 months, Halifax/Shearwater received 50.54".In comparison the yearly average for Boston is 43" and Denver is 15". The trees down from Fiona have to be managed just as they are for all the hurricanes that have hit the US Southeast through the years and with warmer temps and wind people can no longer be careless as the margin for error has diminished. As usual in life everything is relative…NS is a relatively wet climate…even this past year, compared to many areas in North America. But the climate has changed and people's attitudes must also change or else your going to see more wildfires.

  19. The Canadians government Need a large amouunnt of construction timber to sign reconstruction for Ukrainne. Amem

  20. Stay Safe Everyone in Canada from the Wildlife

  21. Ohh look another out of control wildfire but this time in Quebec. LOL What a coincidence. My God it must be climate change or was the fire it on purpose? lol Nova Scotia's Red Tory Premier seems to be doing the WEF's bidding by experimenting with what could be considered preliminary climate lock downs. Threating the public with fines up to 25K and potential jail time for going to the woods. LOL … pathetic! These fires were lit on purpose and are a function of the last 25 years or more of government cuts to proper forestry management programs in Nova Scotia. One could also argue the lack of support for the forestry industry in general has lead to this moment. In reality, forest fires are a natural process that is instrumental in stimulating new growth and one should realize that forest fires are not common in Nova Scotia although they have and do occur from time to time. Don't fall for the over sensationalized media coverage. The media coverage is looking and feeling like the pandemic all over … Unbelievable … LOL No different in Quebec! There was guy just on CTV Atlantic new recommending wearing masks again .. LOL

  22. Oh noes… there goes all that captured carbon….

  23. Get here before the immigrants do

  24. Where are all the Canadian’s going? Come to America!! Seriously

  25. I live in the most northern tip of Maine, last night at 9pm 6-1-23, I thought I smell that familiar smell. I smelled that same smell in 2017 while living in Santa Rosa Ca I lived one mile from the fire line, that smell smells like someone burning trash and that night I got up at 1am went outside and the entire horizon all around us was bright orange and the wind was blowing like a tornado was moving through I was from Oklahoma so I know what that feels like too. It was time to go. That fire was moving at between 45 -60 mph, moving so fast that even cars fleeing could not stay ahead of it, there were many driving the cars with their tires on fire. In Santa Rosa area there were people jumping into swimming pools , the problem, was that you can only hold your breath so long when you came up for air your lungs would burn because of hot air and ash. Their was a lot of people found in their cars, homes and in the process of running, ..Dead. There was more to the story than what was said on the news outlets. So I do know without a doubt how these folks feel. My heart goes out to them.

  26. What is Deforestation?

Deforestation is the purposeful clearing of woodland as trees are cut down and the undergrowth cleared. This practice has been used throughout history to make space for humans to plant crops and domesticated farm animals to graze for food. Deforestation is also used to gather wood for construction or fuel.1

This practice has been used throughout history and around the world. Europe, North America, and China have seen dramatic decreases in the amount of woodland they once had a few thousand years ago, and tropical rainforests are now being cut down at a rapid rate.1 There have been global reforestation efforts, where trees are replanted in a deforested area, and afforestation, where trees and tree seedlings are introduced to an area that was not forested.2 These efforts take significant amounts of time. Trees grow slowly, and it is difficult to predict how afforestation will affect an ecosystem.

How is Deforestation Linked to Forest Fires?

Deforestation contributes to increased fire risk in surrounding woodland. Reducing tree cover and ground vegetation dries out forests, especially tropical rainforests.3 This leads to a greater risk of fire in the area around a deforested zone. Global Forest Watch (GFW) found that, in the past 20 years, fires around the world are increasing annually by 3%, even in areas that have regular fires as part of the ecosystem.4 These fires are becoming more severe and spreading over larger areas than they have in the past.

Fire is sometimes a part of the deforestation process. Slash-and-burn agriculture is a method of deforestation. Farmers burn forested land, which adds ash to the soil. This rich soil can help crops grow for a few years before the process is repeated in a new area.1 Slash-and-burn agriculture has been practiced globally for over 7,000 years and can be performed sustainably on a small scale by native populations who rely on slash-and-burn to grow food.5 However, the practice negatively impacts air quality, increases greenhouse gas emissions, and decreases local biodiversity. It takes decades for soil and trees to recover and for birds and mammals to return to land cleared by slash-and-burn methods.

Depending on weather conditions, slash-and-burn fires can get out of control and cause widespread wildfire damage. The smoke from these fires can affect weather patterns to reduce rainfall, which creates droughts and more fire-prone conditions in surviving forests.

  27. I’m genuinely scared that I’ll have to evacuate and leave all my stuff behind. 🙁

  28. Every summer you guys are burning up the place lol. 😅

  29. Fossil fuel industry = Climate change = forest fires and super charged storms.
