A Philadelphia-based development company is accusing two Rhode Island officials of “bizarre, offensive” behavior during a recent visit. WJAR’s Brian Crandall reports.

  4. RI Republican councilman arrested earlier this month for molestation of 12 y/o girl after being found and arrested when found asleep in his car with a crack pipe in his hand. Party of family values
