If it was built 4 years ago, the contractor or dot should have the specs/blueprints for the build. Or at least a file about it. It should be about the same to rebuild it.

Entire sections of neighborhoods have rowhomes that are in an unlivable state, Roosevelt boulevard has construction that has been going on for years and seemingly never finishes. We need to invest in this great city it’s sad to see where it’s at right now
