If you ask me the days of single home occupancy of the single family are over. Nature forces a change as multi-family structures get built using ancient practices to solve heating and cooling and people giving up the single suburban home lifestyle and the cost it takes to live it.
Makes more sense to have four related families in one building with four apartments with built in shelter and equipment to cope with all the needs people have than to rely on the State for assistance. Too much instability and transience encourages crime.
That's all you people care about. Death and destruction. Never anything good
