The movie Screams Pedophilia, but yet the mass is still don't get it! No wonder why this world will never change because there's too many stupid people living in it. Being able to take advantage of people sexually with so much more easy back then than it is now, and it still is easy for them.There is no doubt in my mind that she was having sex with some of these older men before she was even of age to consent.

Brooks mother says in an interview that she left her husband because he was an alcoholic. Yet she was an alcoholic herself ummm hypocrite. She also didn't protect Brook as far as letting her staring in pretty baby ect. The mother just used brook for the money as far as I'm concerned.
I will get to this doc eventually. I have always been a fan. I read one of her books, and her mother was always there. I look forward to her story.

Okay, like I get it… but actually YES. Her story IS about her. Every time I hear that sound bite on the Hulu trailer for this it makes me so angry. It can benefit women who have been sexualized as children, of course, but to say that HER story ISNT about her is obnoxious, and shitty.
I wonder if she felt like this cashing in those Hollywood checks
People need to recognize that it was a woman who exploited her: Brooke's mother! This world can be man versus woman, but it's most often woman versus woman.
This is absurd. Who in the world told her she was so beautiful is nuts, she definitely is not all that. Hilarious totally hilarious and actually hard to watch.

not to be believed. It is a miracle she came out of all what happened to her the way she did. She had nude photographs taken of her when she was 9. She played in Pretty Baby, where she portrayed a child prostitute when she was 11 years old. Her mother an alcoholic who sold her out. And Louis Malle who made the movie was very charmed by her. So – again – she grew up beeing a very sensible woman who is having a normal life without drugs, booze, whatever. When you see what she's gone through it truly is a miracle.

Thinking beyond the initial context, the business is sick. Sick. OMG. Or was it back then. The surrogacy contract I feel many are addressing what is best for that child in his/her interest, that's way too many line items to be REASONABLE of what each party WANTS by it, and that is seriously WRONG. That is not healthy for the child. And as soon as I hear "pretty" or "prettiest" feels me with fright what if not, a bucket of babies, or whack or what? and babies pretty much look the same when born. I can't believe back then they would EVEN put an abortion clause or allow it. And the casting couch thing is sick, and the way and the manner, that we study in crim law, and bypassing the legit audition process by it makes it prostitution, and thereby unenforceable creating a channel of an underground operation. Hollywood still doesn't address it, nor the courts, and just coogan law is lacking. To me, surrogacy is costly, then the parties then give no choice to what they demand or want from the child, and that should never be. Whether gifted or what not, a special baby. What if just average or normal life? I felt more drawn not the body image or females so much as the child advocacy in that industry which seriously needs some guidance and another administration to monitor everything and that concerns me too as someone as a female who when it's a NO, don't touch me, is enforced properly and security guaranteed for children so in this country. That is sick.
I dont get why more people arent talking about the relationship with her mother, who I think was a monster. I get, she looked to her mom when she was underage but it appears even now she defends her mom. " It wasn't abuse but it was emotional abuse" Wth is that? Sounds like she is still carrying a lot of baggage about that relationship. And defending Hugh Hefner? She needs to stop putting her foot in her mouth and place ownership on the adults in her life, especially her mom, who did in fact, exploit and use her for monetary gain. Wake up, Brooke!
