On 17 March 2023, as part of its investigation, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, and Maria Lvova-Belova, Russian Commissioner for Children's Rights, alleging responsibility for the unlawful deportation and transfer of children during the Russian invasion of Ukraine.[1] The warrant against Putin is the first against the leader of a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council.[2]
The 123 member states of the ICC are obliged to detain and transfer Putin and Lvova-Belova if either sets foot on their territory.[3]
Africa is not obliged to arrest Putin for Alleged war crime as Africa is not double-standard. Africa's reply to ICC is that unless ICC issue a warrant of arrest and arrest the ex-Presidents of USA for war crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan within 30 days(to show that it is not double-standard too) failing which, then the law governing the war crimes are deemed non-existent, unenforceable and does not take effect. In any circumstances whatsoever, if a law enacted by an Authority cannot be enforced by the Authority it is deemed unenforceable and invalid – case close!

I can't really speak on this war like that anymore because I have came to a realization. I and the majority of us rather if you agree or not really don't understand the true agenda of this invasion and why because this is a behind closed doors event that only governments of world superpowers can comprehend. We only see the actions of events unfolding but don't know the words that were discussed behind closed doors and that has been like that since forever with the governments of world superpowers and the people who are governed by these superpowers.
