Is it all the decomposing bodies?
If you knocked 1/2 of everything down and planted things, most urban areas would actually be livable. Maybe people would stop killing each other as a result of the depressing atmosphere of the concrete jungle.
Some useless thug will ruin a good idea. Flower shops won’t last until the community self cleanses.

You need to start talking about black crime in Chicago. Starting with the recent mass shooting at the Juneteenth celebration yesterday. You can’t ignore this forever and you better be prepared to talk about it during the elections. It’s gonna be a big big topic of discussion
