As people see a problem with these crickets, I see opportunities for cricket farming for money making. I hope by the time I get to Elko they will still be there.

Get a big pot and catch them. Fill it and cover to drown them. Once drowned, remove from pot onto another pot. Recipe:
1 Tbsp of Sugar
1/2 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbsp of Onion powder
1/2 Tbsp of chilli powder
1/4 Tbsp of black Pepper
1/2 Tbsp of salt
1/2 Tbsp of Chicken Seasoning
Mix well. Next, add
1/2 – 1 Tbsp of flower
1/2 – 1 Tbsp of corn starch
Lastly is the liquid ingredients.
2 Whole egg beaten, add 1 Tbsp of sugar.
Mix the battered crickets with the egg wash and add them to the fryer. It should take less than 15 min.
Garnish with green onions and chilli flakes
It'll come out tasting delicious. Grow a pair and youd be surprised it tastes like shrimp mixed with popcorn. People out here starving and yall complaining about some good eaten.
