It's an indictment over presidential records and it doesn't mention the Pres. Records Act once, but it gives pages of campaign statements made by Trump in 2016, when he wasn't president.
The whole document controversy was a set up from the beginning. Every president takes their documents at the end of their term, declassifies them, removes personal documents, and puts "presidential records" in storage. Trump did the same thing, but with an antagonistic, uncooperative, Nat. Archives.
The media is so slow to catch on that the public knows they're lying.
Everybody knows this indictment is election interference. As president Trump could have declassified everything. The Nat Archies has no constitutional authority over classified documents.
