U.S. Coast Guard officials say the search is ongoing for a missing submersible that was exploring the wreck of the Titanic as multiple agencies search an area the size of Connecticut. Captain Jamie Fredrick said the vessel that is carrying five people has an estimated oxygen supply of 40 hours left.

Considering this was caused by "Catastrophic Negligence", the prognosis appears very negative. The crew failed to ensure safety of the submarine.
