Its likely Alek Baldwin was plinking and drinking and never took the 3.5 seconds to clear the live rounds from the weapon and murdered the lady but is too special of a person to be held responsible.
Wait Baldwin KNEW that his "weapons expert" was drinking, and smoking weed, and still allowed her on the set? Baldwin IS the person responsible for HIS NEGLIGENCE, for allowing this behavior on HIS set! I'm not saying she should escape responsibility, but his NEGLIGENCE is why this happened, and HE pulled the trigger!
