  1. The I-95 sees 160,000 vehicles a day so I think he must not be very good at math if he thinks it's safer to be in one of those contraptions

  2. I can't believe endless amounts of cash are spent to explore rotting ships at the bottom of the ocean. What a colossal waste of brain power, time, just everything. These are the kinds of things society should do after they've solved real problems.

  3. The point is carbon fiber or any other material like this should never be used again we know what works pure modern steel

  4. 0:150:24 there you go ya’ll, we seen it for ourselves how these news outlets twist stuff and add stuff and subtract stuff. 🤦🏼‍♀️

  5. Foolhardy venture. This is a grave site… Respect it and leave it alone…

  6. Technology these ROVs use is fascinating.

  7. Jumping on the bandwagon

  8. James Cameron made Billions and considers himself an explorer. James you have blood on you're hand's. You have glorified the visitation of graveyard's. I also am a master Mariner although I have been to the Australian Maritime College unlike you I operate Damen Shoel buster tugs all over the coast of Australia. I have completed many rescues as well as huge construction projects. My biggest being the HPX3 Construction project we built 3 coal terminal's from sea to shore. Anyway here is where I disagree with you. I cut my teeth in Sydney Harbour..I worked for Polaris Marine mostly in salvage and rescue here is where I disagree with you. Ok the Titanic is a wreck a very famous one. Now I have brought many wrecks to the surface and obviously with wrecks come bodies, I have recovered a total of 28 bodies 6 of those being my friends. I Strongly mostly commercial diver's I don't know you're background but those 6 friends were very rich and wanted to find treasure offshore on various wrecks. I consider wrecks a Graveyard and they need to be respected. I have left the industry because a rigger called Max was decapitated during a salvage on Sydney Harbour. I saw his brains splatter all over my deck and u had to call his family, a wife and 4 kids. I'm happy for you to dress up in a suit and tell stories but I have first hand experience of billionaire's begging to risk the lives of themselves and my crew to find treasure, and the most disrespectful thing I witness is whenever we found clothing, shoes etc, these indian billionaire's would just push to find"treasure" I was discusted by this behaviour. Come on a salvage with me. We can charter a vessel and you will see why first hand I do not like billionaire's like you that make places of rest a thing of glory for you and your rich friends. Again you have blood on you're hands…

  9. What a hero🧢🚢🛀. I am 65 👴 so watched Jacque Cousteau .Then totally obsessed with Titanic. Bob Ballard still an inspiration today⚙️

  10. Titanic DLC,officially released on 2023, XD

  11. What a true legend! I remember seeing Bob on TV regularly on commercials over 30 years ago. He was talking about the Alvin and encouraging Deepwater exploration and marine biology. So sad that it took a tragic incident to bring him back the attention of the world.

  12. So it still comes down to STEEL vs. Plastics?

  13. Theory: when all submersible contacts were lost, that was exactly the time when it imploded

  14. All thes fucking bullshit experts, and people dead.
    ABC=A BULLSHIT CHANNEL
JUST A FAKE NEWS COVER UP FROM ANNOUNCING THE OVERTURN OF THE 2020 ELECTION IN FAVOR OF PRESIDENT TRUMP

  15. It's fake this is a ritual they do during the summer solstice

  16. Nice to see him being calm and respectful, and not like James Cameron and his daily " I told you so" interviews.

  17. NOT MUCH NEWS NOWADAYS, EXCEPT ABOUT THIS IMPLOSION OF A SUBMARINE, WHICH EVEN A MIDDLE SCHOOLER KNOWS. IMPLOSION AD INFINITUM. BECOMING A COMEDY SHOW.

WELL, INDEED IT IS. AND YA CAN'T BLAME MAJORITY OF PEOPLE, FINDING THIS TRAGEDY, A COMEDY.

HILARIOUS HUMAN CREATURES. SERVES YA RIGHT. LOL.

  18. Ballard always seems like a nice guy, but he is a liar. Years ago, his findings revealed the grey primer paint, then black final coat of paint on the hull, which the Olympic had. The Titanic was all black. Ballard’s expedition got the serial number of the propeller, which was for the Titanic, but transferred to the Olympic. Ballard’s expedition checked the bow name. Where some Titanic letters had fallen off, the MP engraved in the hull letters of the Olympic came through. Ballard saw the stern reinforcement of the keel, a repair not in the original design to strengthen the hull from the Hawk collision. He originally had knowledged all these findings. Time later, at a meeting, he denied what hulk was at the bottom and said it was the Titanic. He probably considered the implications of his previous statements. Years ago, Ballard said the hull was rapidly deteriorating and in not too many years, would vanish. Now Ballard is saying the site will stay preserved in its present state for many more years. Another man says bacteria is eating the vessel. So, as much as I like the affability of Ballard, he is a liar. He flip flops his viewpoint depending on the winds of what the public wants to hear. He should view the documentary, “Why They Sank Titanic”- researcher Newton, 2000 film. Ballard can dispute each point in the research if he would like with his own counter evidence. Titanic tragedy was an insurance scam gone wrong.

  19. Distraction from the numerous ships carrying hundreds of refugees that also very recently sunk?

  20. ❤ Bob Ballard a legend in his own tine

  21. Curiosity and NOT MINDING YOUR BUSINESS is a main reason for avoidable disasters like this! Why the need to go see a luxury cruise 🛳 ship 🚢 that sink with 1,532 innocent lives lost to humankind stubbornness and errors… Let those souls rest Peacefully as they all died a horrific death. There's nothing fun, exciting and a must-see destination #FOH Stop being nosy and just learned from mankind's mistakes so tragedies like these never EVER occur again but a century later it sadly still does due to GREED!!

  22. Arrogant billionaire refused to receive enhanced safety protocols and refused to upgrade the safety measures of this vessel.
I would sue his estate to the bone if i was a family member of one of the victims.
Aweful egocentric behavior from this billionaire ceo who's ego caused the death of these innocent victims😢😢😢😢😢😢 3:48

  23. STOP NATO TERROR ON FREE CIVILIANS!!! ZOV!!! 🇷🇺🤙🏼✌🏼

  24. And the Navy knew it imploded on Sunday, James Cameron found out Monday and discovered within hours it imploded. He sent emails to those he knew that morning that they died. Then someone in government sent false messages that they heard banging. All done to cover up the Biden evidence that proves he bribed foreign officials. The Biden administration is pure evil.

  25. "Bob" …. this reporter needs to add a bit of reverence to his tone and educate himself on who he's talking to.

  26. Ever since I was in 3rd grade, I’ve deeply admired this man work. I read dozens of book on the titanic and many documentaries. What this man did in 1985 is nothing short of incredible. Not only is he smart and innovative, he’s brave and resilient.

  27. I heard they got stickdrift on the ps3 controller they used.

  28. One millisecond alive, then dead. The only thing that matters now is did they know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

  29. Bruh tourism?!?! Who is going there….. the handful of people that can afford it?

  30. The experts in the field of mariner design with experience just so happen to be white men in their 50s; unfortunately the CEO said that he will rather do DEI (diversity equity and inclusion) hires when designing and building the sub rather than hiring a bunch of old white dudes. I much prefer Elons approach of hiring based on meritocracy rather than DEI sigh.

  31. Dr. Ballard needed a far better intro than he was given. He led the search for the Titanic, discovered hydrothermal vents, is the world's greatest living oceanographer, and already has stuff named after him. It would be like interviewing Captain Nemo.

  32. they fed the marine life🤣😂😂

  33. Lightning strikes twice
