Here is an prime example of ego such as Stockton Rush….the Admiral is way in over his head yet still won't give way to experts and goes chasing pink elephants ….the first place of search is always the last place of the known location….what the heck is wrong with this guy. Let me say, The Coast Guard does well within it's element, but this was way out of there abilities and equipment they have. He should have let experts in the field direct the search and bowed out. His ego wanted to be the one that found the missing sub so badly that he over stepped his capabilities….He should be replaced in his position and put where his abilities are required and can be useful….and in his own overly used word..it's a complex situation
A Republican politician criticized the coastguard on its search for the sub. Absolutely deplorable the coastguard does a great job everyday risking there own life’s rescuing people.
Ocean Gate can now sell trips to its Titan wreckage 😆
This is so incredibly sad.
Hire psychic medium to understand where are they I guess they have ability to understand where are they plssss any psychic here ?????? Help them
The US coast guard should not endanger themselves for these stupid billionaires that done this to themselves
John is so hot. Hope they find them!
This why we need sharks with lasers
This is Just. So. Sad.😢
2023.. wow ..dumb
Why the sonars doesn’t show the submarine?
They weren’t tied or had a boat above them keeping an eye out? How is it hard to locate?
We do nothing but destroy this planet as it is
I'm sorry.. but we have seen the titanic.. and the more we go..the more we destroy.. I'm sure enough is enough. We need cancer healing and multiple other things that need the money more than to keep destroying a wreck scene. LEAVE TITANIC ALONE.. SHES IRED OF BEING INVADED.. SPEND MONEY WHERE IT NEEDS TO GO!! SORRY BUT SHES BEAUTIFUL BUT SHE NEEDS TO BE LEFT AT REST!! WE HAVE ENOUGH VIDEO..
There was loud banging heard over the last coms.
It sucks to say but they’re lost.
We have no idea what lies that deep beneath the water, for all we know something attacked it.
If they survive this, it's gonna be another netflix movie or documentary.
Every Military Commaner I've ever heard during my service or on YouTube for that matter has had better command on post situation report without reading a screen. This commander included. Now as a Veteran I can honestly say I'll leave out the Commander In Cheif for my comments. Stay safe and keep the shiny side up Folks!
Could a whale have swallowed the sub?
Unless they’re on the surface that’s it for them The hours to bring in deep sea navigation and try to retrieve this tin can that’s 2 miles under the ocean just doesn’t add up Listen to the US Coast Guard Admirals latest interview
Also it has no navigational system?????? Why…Just Why???
The titan deep sea submersible was last reported at 1 hour and 45 minutes in. They were on a 2 hour and 30 minute desenet..then unknown..That was on Sunday. The estimates of oxygen is 96 hours. Hopefully they have some battery power and the air scrubbers will negate the CO2 buildup. The batteries in their laptops could be useful in emergency They may be unconscious with temperatures dropping at 9000 feet. Their last know position over the Titanic wreck site.did they bottom out? The debris field is mapped. Using AI they can quickly deduce the new image . The directing deep sea drones used for drilling inspection, Then using theise robots now at the scene the little drones from the movie..s. hopefully they get a tow somehow to raise the Vessel. At that depth there is like 300 times the pressure of a surface of the ocean. Any opening would destroy the vessel. Crush depth was not the new raiting of 4000 metres but the original 3000 metres perhaps. The rescue and recovery are based in New Foundland and help from USCG Boston and Charleston under direction of Canada as the Vessel is registered in Canada for this research. Unknown maneuver or being simply adrift 3/4 of the way down and heading downward and away from the wreck site…and the ship above her..? There are strong currents that could carry them along depending on their depth. The thermals prevent and surface tracking at over 2 miles down. They should have quickly dropped their ballast weight and aborted and re surfaced on Sunday..no new data. They have some fresh water and oxygen max at 96 hours. Presumed lost on noon this Thursday the recovery of the research vessel will continue without risk to rescuers. She needs a rescue tow or placement of balloons and compressed air devices. They must be found.first. A bit too deep for military subs but they could direct the Oil company guys drones?
