I am not happy at all about this. What example does this set for hard working young people. I know a young man who made 27 thousand dollars last year working lots of low paying hours and paid income taxes. Yes income taxes on 27 thousand. Am sure he will make more in future but why is he paying income tax when has such low income and is trying to better himself. So Joe can live high
