I like seeing some USA comments here as they have forgotten what a human being is., I believe it would be crazier if he force him out of his car and choked him with his knee or Algerian life doesn't matter yet.
So many comments here are being shadow banned.
NBC / Youtube will be guilty of more violence due to the bottled up emotions from their censorship.
If you think "all criminals deserve to die", then your shoplifting son should die too for shoplifting at your local store.
Why the police pointed the gun to his head? They should shoot the wheels, instead of his head. If the person was white, it would be difference. "A verified video of the shooting shows an armed traffic officer pointing his service pistol into the yellow hired Mercedes AMG and saying: 'I'm going to lodge a bullet in your head'. " Dailymail. This is not police but a thug!
He was 17 they said. Maybe because of the gun pointed on him, he push the gas paddle. 17 years guy has not enough experience of driving, beside if had license or he was doing some crime. And dose the police notice he is jong boy??? However, he could maybe fire in his legs or … but defiantly not to see police was in danger … if u remember untouchable France movie, there also the police mans didn’t killing the guy cas he avoid allll the police stops signals. Police went to far and this is the result wat we see in France !!
Sadly we are seeing a distinct lack of respect for the law the world over… It's sad that the kid was shot but if everyone respected the law we wouldn't have these issues. Parents need to instill this instead of blaming the next person or societal decay will continue at a frightening speed. …..
The police officer broke the law by point his gun and and threatening the teenager (Article 432-11, Article 432-4 of the French Penal Code and Article 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure). The Teenage had the right to escape under these circumstances (Right to remove oneself from a dangerous situation, general concept of self-defense and the right to preserve one's life and physical integrity) and if the teenager was armed, the French law authorizes him to use force in self defense against these criminal police officers (Article 122-5 of the Code of Criminal Procedure).
Community of a religion of peace😂
Everyone defending the police is ignorant to the outcome.
No it was not worth it. We don't need to murder.
Darwin Award.
Why do the police carry guns in these European countries if the citizens aren't allowed to have any guns. The police should have to defend themselves without a gun like they expect the citizens to.
Maybe he should be aloud to run over few ppl, before its ok to shoot him? What are dumbasses protesting ?
They still lead investigation but non-native french people already "know it all" and enrich themselves and damage others property.
In my honest opinion, the officer either shot hipside when the 17 yo driver wanted to be a menace to surroundings by escaping again, or was made to shoot by mistake by the pushing/moving car.
Does anyone know the exact location where this happened?
Europeans don't live under the threat of firearms violence towards its citizens, particularly where law enforcement is concerned. It just isn't tolerated like in the USA where firearms violence is a way of life.
You can see the difference in EU and US how we dont let police be criminals and pursuit justice so we dont end like USA and be afraid of traffic stops!
The mustache guy from Austria was right.
Simply you dont drive away when u are at the gun point 👉
Beautiful slow decay…you rip what you sow. Also I heard Russians are about to join the fight 😂 keep it up Algerians ❤ Apparently France is the new Ukraine. What a beautiful time to be alive 😊
The car driver is a North African Muslim Boy. As he is a peace loving boy he was shot by the police even when asked to comply with their orders. If they felt they are above law and order to comply with enforcement's orders with adequate suspicions of polish number plates and under aged driver. He could have complied and escaped all this menace.
He just felt he is above law and order and want to escape. Well, he surely did escape for his own good.
I am a French woman now based in NYC. In France from 1983 until today, there is a long tradition where young people from the suburbs around the big cities, have become accustomed to burning cars or public equipment, to protest against the treatment of the police on a daily basis in these neighborhoods, because it should be known that in France (for example in Paris) the sociology of cities is made in such a way that the majority of extra-European immigration lives in the peripheral areas around the big city (for example the suburbs all around Paris city), creating a form of social and even partially ethnical segregation between the city and its suburbs. This makes the situation explosive in these neighborhoods every time a young person is killed by the police. Now the situation could end in national riots (it was the case this night), as had already happened in 2005 during many weeks, following the death of 2 young teenagers after a chase with the police. The difference is that, in the 1980-90’s, most of France’s population was still relatively tolerant of these events, but now French society’s sense of economic and symbolic decay (as in the UK for example) clearly favors the right or far-right on these issues, effectively creating a country that is increasingly divided (somewhat as in the US on this point).
trigger happy policeman
To me cop was right and in danger as driver could drove over him. Order was to leave the car. Police is not ur frend, u need to fallow their orthers especially if t they point gun to u. Even if it is not right then u better follow orthers rather then drive away. It was crime made by driver, cop was in danger. Simple as that.
I live in France and have been pulled over several times. I am mixed.
Some questions:
1 what did he do that the cop stops the car with his gun pulled.? In France this is not standard procedure.
2 If a cop gas a gun pointed at you. Why would you flee the scene?
3 Why is a 17 year old kid driving a car with polish plates in France?
4 Why did he not just comply to what the cops demanded?
Not saying the kid deserved this. Cop could have shot at the tyres. But was this worth dying for?
Nice work on the police side.
I hope the officer will be justified.
I see comments here defending the criminal, and I don't understand why.
I never get shot by police.
Why? Because I follow their orders when I'm detained.
I get my check, I pay for it if when I was wrong.
Why would anyone drive off and not expect to be shot?
Duck Allah good Shot 👍 Free Police
they tryna act like america
Frenchies answer to everything they dont like: lets destroy everything. Makes sense
Who in their right mind drives away from cops who are warning you & pointing a weapon at you? Either this guy was high, or didnt come from a country with strict policing.
Why drive away? He could of dragged the officer under the car as you reap
Bruh the american comments are so dumb. Is like a black mirror movie, no way there are so many people defending the police in this situation.
So much more to the story we will never know. Maybe should've followed traffic rules in the first place and maybe not try to drive away with a gun pointed at him. Darwin is calling.
Police can shoot the tyres. This shows that, racism still exist inside their head
To be honest, the kid doesn't comply and ran away.. even though the police officer had pull out a gun.. I can't say if the procedure is right or wrong but when a police stops you, you must comply
The police needs to be charged with murder.
american way is moving to france
Well done police
Whatever the reason for the stop ,unless he had a gun no need to shoot ,
Not going to lie but it looks justified to me he drove off and got shot peoples actions get them killed!
